The MoU also includes creation of Consumer Operated Lube depots at MTPS, RTPS & KTPS DVC has inked an MoU with Indian Oil Corporation Limited to develop solar, hydro, bio-energy and energy storage projects across West Bengal and Jharkhand, further strengthening energy security
